I came from down state, purchased a part for my furnace just before closing time (not sure exactly what the problem was ). He made a few suggestions to look into to find the problem... It turned out that the part wasn't the issue. Knowing I was from down state, Kirk went out of his way, provided his personal cell number and arranged time that I could return the part after hours. Stand up guy and very knowledgeable. Thank you Kirk!
